RE/MAX Property Management Services, winner of the 2014 Vancouver Consumer Choice Award for Home Services, chose Target Zero Waste Consulting to manage all of the private waste and recycling providers for more than 100 strata buildings in Metro Vancouver.
Since 2011, the contract between RE/MAX Property Management Services and Target Zero Waste Consulting has grown by more than 800 per cent. Today, Target Zero Waste Consulting handles waste and recycling needs for both multi-family and commercial buildings. It reviews and manages all service contracts with the service providers, works with property managers to handle any issues that arise with haulers’ service, and keeps the client informed about industry trends.
Target Zero Waste Consulting continually finds opportunities to decrease costs yet improve service for RE/MAX Property Management Services. “Frankly, we were quite pleased to learn Target Zero Waste would handle all the waste and recycling needs of the properties we managed. It’s a single phone call for our property managers. Time is money, and we’ve seen that Target Zero Waste has saved us both,” said Ken Armstrong, Associate Broker RE/MAX Property Management Services.
